Following Cyclone Gabrielle’s impact on the Hawkes Bay region, we are relieved to report that all Norrcom staff are safe and in communication with our management team. We understand that many of our educational partners in the area have suffered significant damage or complete loss of their premises, and our thoughts are with them during this difficult time.


We are committed to supporting our partners as they navigate the aftermath of this severe weather event.

Norrcom is committed to ensuring the safety of its customers and staff during severe weather conditions.


We are aware that the power outages caused by Cyclone Gabirelle are affecting multiple regions and may impact our customers’ ability to access our services. While we may not be able to provide direct assistance in restoring power to affected sites, our helpdesk remains available for further guidance and support.


Our knowledgeable support team is ready to assist our customers in any way possible, including providing advice on how to manage IT systems during power outages and identifying potential workarounds to minimize disruption. We understand the importance of keeping schools & businesses running, and we will do our best to provide guidance and support to our customers during this challenging time.
